Payment Conditions
Deposits & Balance Requirements
A deposit of 20% is due within 6 days of receiving a confirmed invoice. Final balance is due 60 days before travel commencement. For bookings within 60 days of travel, full balance payment is required within 6 days of booking.
Payment Options
Payment can be made by the following accepted methods: Credit Card(2.5% surcharge), bank transfer, Paypal.
'Cancellations & Refunds'
Outside 30 days from travel: Full refund
Between 30 days to 14 days of travel: 20% of full balance paid
Within 14 days: Cancellations during this time depend on the type of service, the time of year and the reason for cancellation. We will not impose any charges if we are not being charged by our suppliers. However, during this time there is the chance of full balance cancellation happening. We always do everything possible to recover our client’s money paid however a general guide is that this time frame will see 50-70% loss of balance paid.
